Commercial Drive (“the Drive” to locals) teems with people enjoying the sidewalk cafes, Italian coffee and gelato shops, numerous restaurants specializing in international or local foods, and many colourful shops. The Drive is also close to Trout Lake, with the skytrain on its doorstep and at the heart of the Eastside Culture Crawl Arts Festival in the Fall.
