Canada Day!

Happy Thursday Eurocentres Vancouver! The last week in June is here and with the long weekend approaching this can only mean one thing....CANADA DAY!! Go out and celebrate Canada's 145 birthday by enjoying all the awesome events and festivals Vancouver has to offer. Some of the best events we recommend include the Waterfront Party and Canada Day Parade, conveniently located at Canada Place. (10am-All day). This event will include live music, lots of entertainment and the annual Canada Day parade. Another great event is the Canada Day celebration at Granville Island. (8am-All day). This event includes a Parade, a Truly Canadian Pancake Breakfast, an official Canada Day Ceremony, live jazz, and lots of performers. Finally, we recommend the Burrard Inlet Fireworks Show. (10:30pm-11pm) Finish your Canada day off with an awesome light show in the sky. The 5th annual Fireworks display is visible from West Side, Downtown, North and West Vancouver. However you choose to celebrate, have fun, celebrate respectfully and be safe!
